At Covai Gate Rice, we are committed to delivering high-quality rice products to our customers.
Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged package
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and package
After verification, we will arrange refund as applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened rice bags
- Partially used products
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
